Mandalorian Wearable Cosplay Helmet

This is a wearable replica Mandalorian helmet from Disney+ TV show The Mandalorian.

The helmet is fully 3D printed in one piece using biodegradable PLA plastic. Great piece

for a cosplay outfit or just to display at your home or studio.

Available in two finishes: Raw print, or Finished.

The Raw printed option will include just the raw helmet as it was printed. I remove all support material and make sure there are no shark edges or major imperfections. Due to the 3D printing process the raw prints will have some ridges and gaps that will need finishing techniques done before painting.

The finished option will include a ready to wear or display helmet that has been sanded and painted. The finished helmets have UV resin applied to the surface and then sanded, primed, painted and clear coated before shipping. This option will also include a set of replacement helmet pads to be installed by you to get a comfortable fit.
